By accessing or using Gato Diecast Club services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. No Official Affiliation

Gato Diecast Club is an independent entity. We have no official affiliation, partnership, or sponsorship with the brands, manufacturers, or retailers whose products are featured in our notifications (including but not limited to Mattel, Hot Wheels, and Matchbox). All trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Service Description

Gato Diecast Club provides real-time notifications for diecast drops. We do not guarantee the availability of any products or the success of any purchase attempts.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

All subscriptions are handled through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms and billing cycles. You may cancel at any time through your Whop dashboard.

5. Community Conduct

Access to our Discord server is a privilege. We reserve the right to remove any user who violates community guidelines, acts disrespectfully, or attempts to abuse the notification system.

6. Limitation of Liability

Gato Diecast Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
